Prestige Hotel
A place as rare as it is seductive, nestled overlooking the village of Gruissan and the azure sea, just a stone's throw from the fantastic nature reserve of the Massif de la Clape. Here, we love everything - the 10 hours of Mediterranean gardens designed by landscape architect James Basson and backing onto the wine estate, the eight rooms and suites with their refined decor (velvet armchairs, 1930s lamps, antique mirrors...) and the 44 villas set on the edge of the vineyards; the Cinq Mondes spa in the château's cellars and the infinity pool. Also not to be missed is Valère Diochet's remarkable gourmet table, Le Méditerranéo, refreshed by the estate's wines.
