Sponsored After working in a number of gourmet restaurants, Mamadou Dia and Guillaume Cegarra opened their own establishment in 2023: La Cuisine de Moudéry, named after Mamadou's native village in Senegal. "The idea is to offer traditional dishes from my childhood adapted to Western palates," explains the latter. The menu features tasty Senegalese street-food, with black-eyed bean accras, lamb dibi (marinated and grilled lamb breast) or mafé chicken, accompanied by sweet potato fries and washed down with bissap, a drink made from hibiscus flowers. We offer an accessible, hearty and traditional cuisine not found in Lyon and the surrounding area," says the duo. All in a warm, friendly atmosphere! La Cuisine de Moudéry's creations can be eaten in, taken away or delivered, with meal trays and a catering service adapted to your events... not forgetting the food-truck, which continues to tour the region's events. Mamadou and Guillaume have also just opened a street-food kiosk in Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, to continue their conquest of Lyon and its metropolis!
