Gourmet Restaurant This is the table des belles occasions in Moulins, an institution now under the supervision of Hervé Courtais. La belle maison sous les lierres brings to life a fine bourgeois sequence, both in decor and service. In the kitchen, tradition is the chef's guide: veal marbré with foie gras, flambéed scallops and risotto, poultry escalope with wild mushrooms, low-temperature duck filet and jus périgourdin, crème brûlée with bourbon vanilla. The house also offers a catering service.
