Gourmet Restaurant Matthieu Omont, with his wife Anne, keeps this deserving Bourbonnais house alive, making it the real gastronomic center of interest in the canton. The table is meticulous, with noble products featured on ambitious menus, the simplest of which (the market menu) most often offers good local poultry. You'll have to follow the €75 menus to come across scallops plancha with parsnip mousse and Corsican clementine, fillet of sea bass or piece of venison with pepper sauce. Classic cellar, diligent service.
