With its Bourbonnais-style, product-focused cuisine, uncluttered, bourgeois interior and attentive service, this is an address well-suited to special occasions, such as homemade pâté en croûte, duo of Auvergne farmhouse pork, low-temperature-cooked loin and homemade black pudding, root vegetables...
