A fine Bourbonnais restaurant on the west side of Vichy, with a room decorated with rather bourgeois furnishings and offering a panoramic terrace ideal in summer. The kitchens deliver a top-quality market plate, a lobster and vegetable aumônière with shellfish sauce, a cabbage stuffed with bacon and potato terrine, a veal mignon and sweetbreads with sweet potatoes.
