In the charming village of Charroux, Valérie Saignie's home is a splendid inn between yesterday and today, with its period building and colorful paintings hanging over the terrace. The chef has developed a personal universe focused on her region, as in the €63 menu, with lobster and langoustine aumônière with shellfish sauce, market fish with scallop sauce and winter vegetables, roast venison fillet and tajine-style venison with vegetables, or the chocolate dessert.
