Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located on the banks of the Allier and linked by a footbridge to the famous Vichy thermal spa, the hotel has been designed to celebrate health, beauty and well-being... The 129 rooms and suites boast contemporary luxury, with Philippe Starck bedside lamps, Patricia Urquiola lighting inspired by the octagonal shape of the Vichy pastille, and bespoke walnut furniture. The N3 restaurant (gastronomic and dietetic) and lounge bar open onto a vast terrace overlooking Parc Napoléon III and its flower-filled gardens. But the main attraction is the 7,500 m2 spa with balneotherapy, nutrition center, indoor pool, cardio-training room, huge whirlpool bath, sauna and hammam...
