Chef's Restaurant After wandering around the Rhone Valley, Cédric Denaux, our Grand de demain 2004, has settled down with his family in the heart of the Allier region, in this superb château, both elegant and discreet, in the heart of the nature that the former troublemaker from Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux cherishes so much. On the plate, he's left creative excesses to one side, concentrating instead on the essentials - tastes and products - in a spirit that's as plant-based and committed as ever, with the château's vast kitchen garden providing the bulk of the produce used in the restaurant. Affordable prices, an atmosphere akin to that of a fine guest house.
