Gourmet Restaurant Just a few minutes north of Vichy, Olivier Dulac's restaurant is the perfect place to relax, whether in winter or summer, by the big fireplace or under the wisteria on the terrace. It's a warm, cosy place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life for a meal. The chef, who spent many years in the Caribbean, adds a welcome touch of exoticism to his Auvergne tradition, a slight acidity that complements the roundness of the local repertoire. On the €34 menu, fresh goat's cheese terrine with pancetta and salad, fish fillet with red wine sauce and baby vegetables, lamb chops with sweet and sour sauce and seasonal vegetables. From €25 to €70.
