Description
Sponsored At the age of 25, Nathan Baratte is a man with a head for business. After training in management, the young man wanted to take up the art of pizza-making. He first trained in Lorient, before flying off to Italy, to Naples to be precise, to devote himself to learning how to cook Neapolitan pizzas, both traditional and contemporary. The dough, made from rustic wholemeal flour, is worked for 24 hours. The result is a dough that's crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, thin in the center and thick on the edges. 12 classic recipes are offered all year round, using Italian products, and six are seasonal, using local ingredients. Pizzas are accompanied by Italian wines and beers. At aperitif time, charcuterie and cheese boards and Italian cocktails are served. Enjoy while listening to an outdoor concert, every third Saturday evening between June and September.
