Contemporary dining in the heart of the city. A pretty stone building, a sober, engaging decor and a cuisine that goes straight to the essentials, without too many frills, but with application, that knows how to give a little choice as in the flagship formula, at €39, appetizing and that keeps its promise: chestnut cappuccino espuma of pumpkin grated with cantal, supreme of Ardèche free-range poultry grilled pumpkin mushroom fresh and dried fig poultry jus, in millefeuille the diplomate chestnut cream candied apple sabayon with Birlou (chestnut apple liqueur) gingerbread ice cream. Some Ardèche wines in a small cellar.
