Gault&Millau's review 2026

A pleasant stone house five minutes from Privas, and a tradition that has evolved to offer a cuisine that knows how to renew itself, notably in the good Couxois lunch menu at €25, which is a good option: ravioli with morel mushrooms, beef chuck jus with coteaux d'Ardèche mashed potatoes, vanilla pannacotta with caramelized apples. Classic cellar with an honest choice by the glass from €4, up to the saint-jo de Courbis at €9. Ardèche beer is also available.
