Gault&Millau's review 2026

Set in a meander of the Ouvèze river, just a few minutes from Privas, this charming stone house is home to a warm and welcoming market-fresh restaurant focused on Ardèche produce. Its €42 menu offers good value for money, with the inevitable warm chestnut cake, caramelized onions and morels, market fish, honey-roasted quail fillets, pan-fried foie gras, parsnip cream and red shallot butter, confit veal chuck, cep and truffle ravioli, hazelnut velouté, a chocolate and praline variation. A warm welcome.
