Sevag Agop is a place to meet and travel, with a welcome simplicity that doesn't lose its guests along the way. A good sense of combination and seasoning, with lamb meatball and spelt risotto, roast fish from Fereyre on a puréed skin with Nyons olives, or pork with Chinese noodles. A pleasant pistachio dessert is included in the €33 lunch menu, well worthy of its chef's hat. More noble products in the evening (langoustines, venison, the other time) in a €50 menu.
