Gourmet Restaurant Perched at an altitude of 1600 m on the Italian border, Ludivine and Jean-Laurent's beautiful auberge offers a rare moment in nature, which can be enjoyed for a meal on its own or for the night. The chalet is home to Haute-Alpes cuisine, well prepared by Ludivine and featuring local produce: nettle soup, organic trout from the Prelles springs, wrapped in yarrow, Crévoux archican, crème brûlée with génépi.
