Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the Auxois region, Angélique and Régis Bolâtre look after this pretty country house, warmed in winter by a large fireplace, in a room adapted to traditional Sunday meals. Régis took over this family home after setting out on his own path. Local produce is at the forefront of the menu, with a modern take on local dishes such as salmon éclair with crayfish tails tartar, foie gras craquant with onion and rhubarb compote, crispy kidney and sweetbread heart and floating island with rosemary apricots and almond milk. Well-rounded service.
