In this splendid medieval landscape, the table brings the terroir to life in a privileged and comfortable atmosphere. In addition to the rooms, you'll be able to enjoy the chef's compositions, in which products are treated with the utmost care. The Castelnovien menu allows the greatest freedom, with a choice between a Franc-Comtois salad and a country terrine, or between cod with snail butter and leg of lamb steak with herbs... A classic offering on the sweet side. Very competitive prices.
