Gourmet Restaurant After several changes, this Aubépine looks set to last. Semi-gastro cuisine well suited to this turbulent street, a well-kept setting, a good lunch menu at €26 and a well-focused offer in the evening. For €40, the plate looks good, a little assembled and well presented: langoustines lacquered in orange reduction, pear brunoise caramelized with saffron, chestnut purée, tenderloin of gently cooked pork, beet mousseline, rosemary juice and black garlic, and a good chestnut dessert, chestnut cream ganache mounted on a cookie with chestnut chips flambéed in rum. The service is impeccable, and the cellar is accessible for its regional base.
