A bit of fashion distilled into the traditional regional menu of this Petit Patrimoine, and that's how we make the pleasure last in this old-fashioned café with its Thonet chairs and intact parquet floor. For our part, we remain faithful to timeless values: the tourte aux rillons et sainte-maure, which has been on the menu for over thirty years, the parmentier de matelote de veau au chinon and the beuchelle tourangelle.
