Gault&Millau's review 2026

Its central location on rue Colbert and its revisited tradition make this a very practical address. It's the perfect place to take refuge and enjoy a decent, local dish: Touraine tourte with rillons and sainte-maure de Touraine, pressed Touraine pork shoulder, cream of morels and oyster mushrooms, and, of course, Touraine beuchelle, a sponge cake rolled in quince jelly and almond cream. Evening menu €35.
