A warm Ethiopian embassy in the center of Tours, to discover all the country's specialties in a welcoming setting of light wood and indigo blue, banquettes and painted frescoes. The house renders national recipes with simplicity and precision: stir-fried green beans, peppers, carrots, turmeric, garlic, ginger and shallots; chicken with berbere, hard-boiled egg and fromage blanc; stir-fried lamb with rosemary, shallots, tomatoes, perfumed butter and green chili; diced beef with spices and berbere. Good service.
