Gourmet Restaurant The "toque" is regular and confirmed in this bistro, the offshoot of a winegrower's cellar, where the wine is well chosen, but where the plate, since the creation, is always of a sustained "bistrot plus" level. A pro's work for a fair price, a good rabbit terrine, trout tartar with fennel ice cream, Loire sturgeon with caper butter, veal breast from Aveyron with potato mousseline, brioche perdu with vanilla caramel salted butter ice cream. An even more ambitious menu, with game dishes, guinea fowl from Racan, gravlax of wild sea bass... Good service, large and interesting cellar.
