What seems more interesting is to tell you about the assets of this former café, which has been converted into a bistronomic restaurant by Vianney, the chef in his kitchen, who is inseparable from his wife, Aurélie, who presents the fruits of her labor to the guests. How would you describe Vianney's cuisine? The words "authenticity" and "freshness" stand out, not forgetting the locavore trend (even the drinks are produced nearby), Italian inspirations and a mastery of sauce creation. In the cosy dining room, the couple deliberately limit the number of covers to around thirty, in order to maintain a high level of quality. Don't ask for examples to whet your appetite, as the menu changes very often. Oh yes, the dessert that's still going strong is the chocolate speculoos crisp. As for the rest, meat or fish lovers: there's something for everyone!
