Gault&Millau's review 2026

Christophe Dalens puts the sea on his plate, but above all, freshness and loyalty to the region. At all times, this bistro shows that local resources are plentiful and alive, with vegetables from market gardeners, local fishing, and even bread from Christian Vandromme. The decor is superb, the €48 menu is blind, depending on what's available and what's on the menu at the time, and a good lunch menu at €35 gives an eloquent overview of the work done. Small, pleasant and varied cellar, with local beers, including Moulin d'Ascq.
