Gourmet Restaurant This was one of our great discoveries in the 109 Gault&Millau last year, and confirmation comes from this Franco-Mexican restaurant, which is warming up the already warm landscape of the Lille scene. The chef is always willing to share her colorful, fragrant dishes, well-spiced and imaginative: black tacos of angus miter aguachile negra coriander white onions, ceviche of white fish leche de tigre cucumber sweet potato, grilled pointed cabbage feta lemon cream, in a short list that leaves plenty of room for vegetables.
