Right at the foot of the Pierre Mauroy stadium, Stéphane Dewaele's table has remained unchanged, offering a chic and cosy moment for over twenty years, without changing anything in principle, and always renewing its plates. The €36 lunch menu embodies this modus operandi, with a bimonthly rotation of snail and mushroom croustillant with pesto, roasted sea bream fillet, clams, risotto marinière, and beef onglet bordelaise, crispy marrow and pommes pont-neuf.
