Sponsored In the heart of the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the pedestrian street, the sun of Naples shines down on the Italian restaurant I Bravi Ragazzi run by Eva and Francesco, the Chef. Here, the pizzas smell of pure Neapolitan tradition. The owners' credo is quality products: home-raised sourdough, stone-ground organic flour, tomatoes from Piennelo del Vesuvio that can be preserved on the vine and, in the cellar, San Marzano for the sauce, fleur de sel mozzarella, burrata and parmesan freshly brought in from Italy every week. To vary the pleasures, the Chef prepares delicious homemade pasta dishes such as lasagne, tagliatelle, porcini ravioli and gnocchi. Each week, the suggestions vary. He also concocts delicious desserts for gourmets on the move. On the wine front, wine lovers can discover a cellar brimming with fine labels from Piedmont and Burgundy. Buon appetito!
