In the heart of Beaune, the venue has been restored to its former glory under the leadership of Lyon-based entrepreneur Amaury Rostagnat, who fell in love with this former master winemaker’s home and purchased it in 2019. An enthusiasm shared the moment you step into this charming shaded garden, adorned with tables arranged around a fountain… Ideal for a drink before heading to one of the 40 bright and comfortable rooms and suites: plush carpeting, contemporary furniture, and harmonious shades of blue and mauve. The Library lounge bar welcomes guests with its large library, open fireplace, and club chairs, while the former manor house is home to the gourmet restaurant Clos du Cèdre, led by chef Jordan Billan. A perfect blend of historic elegance and thoughtful modernity, as evidenced by this latest gem: a Nuxe spa featuring a fitness area, yoga classes, and three treatment rooms where guests can experience the signature treatment, inspired by potions created in the 17th century at the Hôtel-Dieu’s Apothecary.
