Gourmet Restaurant For five generations, the Garrapit family has run this 18th-century house, a former coaching inn converted to a restaurant. A regional institution, the house retains the elegance and reputation it has built up, with its bourgeois, historic decor and classic, flawlessly executed dishes. The compositions are rather sophisticated, in keeping with a certain bourgeois idea of gastronomy, which we like to revive from time to time, for the nobility of the plates, and their beautiful balance. A fine cellar of Southwestern and Bordeaux wines.
