Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful 3* hotel in the Landes d'Armagnac, on the route to Santiago de Compostela, offering traditional southwestern cuisine in addition to its rooms. The 19th-century manor house exudes a historic and rather bourgeois charm, for a wise and relaxed moment. The menu features a range of classics, including foie gras mi-cuit IGP Landes with armagnac jelly, smoked trout cassolette, rice pilaf and mushroom duxelles with ginger beurre blanc sauce, duck aiguillettes with two purées, floc sauce, honey and pink berries, and sautéed mushrooms.
