Prestige Hotel
From generation to generation, epicureans have flocked to chef Jean Coussau's famous restaurant, which pays homage to the Landes region and its exceptional produce, just as its ancestors have done for almost a century. What many people don't know is that this historic restaurant doubles as a comfortable, ultra-chalet hotel, ideal for prolonging the experience. The 15 rooms and suites in this former coaching inn are brightly decorated in shades of beige and grey, highlighting the blond wood furnishings and floors. All open onto the 7-hectare park, filled with flowers and vines. Not to be missed, the spa with its swimming pool and treatment rooms and, above all, the many activities offered by the Coussau family, who love to bring their guests together for cooking or wine-tasting classes. A Relais & Châteaux member, this place is as generous as it is refined.
