Gourmet Restaurant A bistro annex of the Villa Mirasol, the bistro pays homage to its construction date, becoming both a place for a return to origins, and a more accessible gateway to Philippe Lagraula's cuisine. Local produce is put to good use in new interpretations of traditional dishes: duck marble with foie gras, chips and ginger vinaigrette; scallops, linguine with langoustine cream and Nonères leeks; duck breast with spelt and colorful carrots; chestnut, white chocolate and exotic fruit cheesecake. Formulas from €27 to €52.
