Original Restaurant Just a few minutes from Les Terreaux, in this lively and innovative district, Fluxus is perfectly at home as a creative urban canteen, where well-informed young people logically congregate. The menu is constantly being rethought, with slash titles that are always in search of something new: a starter of endives, miso, comté and gomasio crackers; trout with cauliflower mousseline, preserved lemon and honey-roasted parsnip; a new take on blanquette with petit épeautre, winter vegetables; rice pudding and Viennese shortbread.
