It's not just because it suggests that bouchon cuisine belongs to everyone that we appreciate it all the more: this Lyonnais bistro in a lively neighborhood has some great ideas, and the plate is cheerful and well-stocked. The "parade of salad bowls" is the first course on this unique €32 menu, and depending on your appetite, you'll follow with kidneys, quenelles, andouillette crème moutarde gratin dauphinois or pistachio sausage, before the chocolate moelleux with caramel sauce. The pot lyonnais starts at €14.
