Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the presqu'île, a recently opened restaurant is forging ahead and aiming for the canopy. In a short space of time, Grégory and Mégane have succeeded in making their mark, creating a line, varying the offer while remaining attentive to product quality. The result is a lively, seasonal menu, well inspired and affordable in a modern, restful setting: smoked trout with fennel and virgin dill sauce, shaved chuck in jalapenos mayonnaise tacos, sea bass fillet stuffed with pear chutney, veal blanquette with lemon ginger. A la carte, under €40 with a roasted apple and mascarpone waffle.
