Description
Sponsored Mathilde and Laura first acquired Empacha, a foodtruck, in 2021 to promote the empanadas they discovered on a trip to Argentina. They revisit these Argentinian turnovers, garnishing them with organic Alpine flavors that give them a certain freedom in their recipes: three-meat bolognese, béchamel ham with Queyras tomme, onion compote with Saint-Véran blue cheese... and original variations throughout the year. Then, in 2022, the opportunity arose to acquire a wine bar, and Mathilde and Laura, trained sommeliers, turned it into a dining cellar. The 2 partners have selected a fine range of natural, organic and biodynamic nectars, which they accompany with local charcuterie and cheese boards, as well as vegetarian proposals. These two rich experiences have now led them to develop a range of services for private customers, with a particular emphasis on food and wine pairings. What wonderful gastronomic projects!
