Gault&Millau's review 2025

A classic house with contemporary architecture, for families on vacation who enjoy the beautiful countryside near Serre-Ponçon. The cuisine is logically in the traditional hotel style, with a bit of manners and appropriate preparations for the residents. We're aiming for simplicity with the €34 menu, featuring a perfect egg with pumpkin cream and bacon crumble, duck breast in a herb crust, and beef chuck carbonade style.
