Gault&Millau's review2025
This magnificent 18th-century stone manor house is now home to a top-quality 4* hostellerie, combining modern comforts with the charm of yesteryear. Between the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, the many facilities, the pretty grassy terrace, the rooms and the chef's classic, well-crafted dishes, there's no shortage of reasons to drop in; you'll appreciate the charm of the table, under its brick vaults and flower-filled chandeliers. The menu is not particularly regional, but keeps its promises whatever the origin: cocotte egg with fennel, candied bacon and yellow frisée, monkfish à l'armoricaine, garlic milk foam, beef à la ficelle, green lentils and violet mustard, a crème brûlée and shot of génépi. Cellar adapted.
