Chef's Restaurant This superb luxury haven on Monte Carlo Beach has changed course slightly, moving away from the all-organic, all-vegetable approach to offer a broader palette to an international clientele that likes a little fine fish and shellfish from time to time. On the other hand, it's Mélanie Serre, who may be busy with the opening of her own restaurant in Cap Ferret, but is capable of successfully managing the whole operation, who has signed off on this year's menu, with her customary brilliance. Mediterranean sensations, with peach carpaccio of the day, Mediterranean lobster ratatouille with turmeric-infused tomato water, grilled octopus with piperade, chorizo and aioli, lamb chops with leek, ginger and mustard seeds. Simplicity is aided by chic service, good desserts and well-structured menus, including the "Inspiration" lunch menu, renewed according to the market, to enjoy the place for €92. In 2024, following the departure of Mélanie Serre, Marcel Ravin (Blue Bay) will take over Elsa's menu.
