Chef's Restaurant This superb luxury haven on Monte Carlo Beach has changed course slightly, moving away from the all-organic, all-vegetable approach to offer a broader palette to an international clientele willing to indulge from time to time in a little fine fish and shellfish. Mediterranean sensations, with the peach carpaccio of the day, Mediterranean lobster ratatouille tomato water infused with turmeric, grilled octopus piperade chorizo and aioli, lamb chops leek with ginger and mustard seeds. Simplicity is aided by chic service, good desserts and well-structured menus, including the "Inspiration" lunch menu, renewed according to the market, to enjoy the place for €92. In 2024, following the departure of Mélanie Serre, Marcel Ravin (Blue Bay) will take over Elsa's menu.
