Gault&Millau's review2026
A five-minute climb away from the hustle and bustle of the casino, this brasserie is considered to be the neighborhood's inexpensive bargain. In fact, the menu is extensive, and a choice of oysters and brochettes as house specialties makes a respectable snack. If you're looking for a bit of cuisine, you'll have to invest more in well-presented plates of good quality, with tempting titles on the daily menu (scallop carpaccio with caviar, milk-fed veal with Rossini sauce...)....): the foie gras marble is pleasant, just a touch salty, the ink risotto, squid rings, mussels and piquillos simple and well executed, the boutique pastries of good quality, for an overall sequence of around €75. The service goes out of its way to satisfy the vast clientele, the cellar is of little interest, with formidable prices, particularly by the glass.
