Exceptional Hotel Set in the hills above Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and Monaco, this refuge by star architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, due to open in 2021, is already one of the Côte d'Azur's major landmarks. This is due not only to the refinement of its 69 rooms and suites, extended by large bay windows, balconies and terraces offering spectacular sea views (and even infinity pools for some suites), but also to its remarkable gastronomic offering. The restaurants here are led by multi award-winning chefs, Mauro Calogreco for Ceto and Riviera Restaurant, Jean-Georges Vongerichten for La Piscine. The wellness facilities are on a par with the excellence of the premises, with an outdoor infinity pool and a second pool inside the spa, featuring hammam and sauna, treatment rooms and fitness studios. One of the most luxurious resorts on the Côte d'Azur, owned by the British Maybourne group.
