Gourmet Restaurant The Nobu signature for the Fairmont, a vast 80s building close to the Casino. An international clientele comes without fear for this fusion cuisine that unites the continents to the gentle sound of Asian music. The program is vast, from sashimi and tiraditos to black cod with miso and king crab tempura with ponzu. All the Nobu classics are here, with some thirty sushi, maki and nigiri dishes, also at international prices.
