Exceptional Hotel Helmut Newton immortalized its lookout and diving-board-topped pool in photos that have been seen around the world. Restored by India Mahdavi, this waterfront Eden boasts 40 rooms decorated with cane furniture and acidic frescoes. Conceived as promontories overlooking the sea, they offer a perfect panorama of the yacht club and the private beach, with its cabanas, its pontoon that juts out into the water, and the Bay of Monaco as a backdrop. In the mornings, you can do yoga before heading to the spa, designed by the eco-friendly American brand Tata Harper. For lunch or dinner, head to the elegant Le Deck brasserie or Elsa, the gourmet restaurant led by Mélanie Serre, which has become a favorite with gourmets.
