Remarkable Restaurant Robuchon Monaco is a kind of chic remake of the Atelier once found at the Métropole, just down the road on Rue du Portier, a five-minute walk from the casino, in a classic restaurant format offering a wide-ranging menu with Robuchonian hallmarks, in the excellence of the execution as well as in the traditional or modernist choices: escargots persillades, yellowtail and citrus carpaccio, roasted langoustines, black truffle and mushroom mousseline, salt-crusted bass and caviar, filet of beef Rossini with Périgueux sauce. Princely prices (around €200, with Belle-Hélène pear or profiteroles), exemplary service. In initiation, a 6-course menu at €175.
