Launched last December, this new counter-restaurant opposite the Robuchon Monaco restaurant has quickly found its audience. As at the Deli, breakfast, sandwiches and pastries, with a more extensive range of dishes that come close to Robuchon-style gastronomy: roast turbot broccoletti grilled with lemon and ginger, shrimp riso with red mullet vongole, veal chop with chestnut and mushrooms, and competitive pasta dishes such as orecchiete with lamb ragu.
