Gault&Millau's review 2026

Launched last December, this new counter-restaurant opposite the Robuchon Monaco restaurant has quickly found its audience. As at the Deli, breakfast, sandwiches and pastries, with a more extensive range of dishes that come close to Robuchon-style gastronomy: roast turbot broccoletti grilled with lemon and ginger, shrimp riso with red mullet vongole, veal chop with chestnut and mushrooms, and competitive pasta dishes such as orecchiete with lamb ragu. Large cellar, flawless service in a beautiful space.
