Gault&Millau's review2026
Taken over by Ohannes Kachichian and Samy Leroy, this Dame Jeanne has undergone a facelift, becoming a chic bistro, ideal for a business meal or lunch with colleagues. The chef offers traditionally inspired cuisine on a tightly-packed menu that guarantees freshness. The dressings bear witness to a fine savoir-faire, with an elegant starter of celery tagliatelle and grenobloise, which could gain in finesse with a little less oil, followed by poultry, butternut purée and pumpkin seed praline, well supported by the seasoning despite the poultry's rough cooking. We have no doubt that the table will find its cruising rhythm and reach its full potential, already perceptible in this beautiful Madagascar vanilla millefeuille. The cellar is a little short, but already boasts some good references.
