Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of the Panier district overlooking the port of Marseille, this confidential address is already attracting a lot of attention. Housed in a 17th-century royal foundry converted from a Jesuit convent, it now boasts 10 suites with the feel of small apartments. Decorated with great spirit by the owners, Inès and Nicolas Tassy, all blend natural materials, exposed timbers, contemporary photographs and designer pieces by the greatest names (Le Corbusier, Paola Navone sofas, Pierre Mouret lamps...). An elegant place that offers guests total independence, since they can also take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen and room service on request.
