Gourmet Restaurant It's always the same pleasure to find this elegant table, in one of Marseille's most pleasant squares. A restaurant in a bookshop, or a bookshop in a restaurant: that's the idea behind Editions Jeanne Laffitte, which lends its walls full of books to a chic brasserie experience, where pleasure and intellect mingle. The menu is smart, with Provençal ideas in good rotation: tarte provençale, tomato, olive and tuna; roasted cod, rattes and figatelli; pavé de veau à la plancha, truffled mashed potatoes and foie gras; apple tart and quince mousseline. Menu €30.50.
