Chef's Restaurant Ourea is an address as relaxed as it is original. Located just behind the Marseilles courthouse in the 6th arrondissement, it welcomes young lawyers on scooters, their hair tousled by their too-tight helmets, couples in love, and foodies who have made it their HQ. The atmosphere is cool, the tie comes off, and you're soon seated in olive-green banquettes, your hands resting on pretty light-wood tables. The selection of wines and liquids is fair and precise. A lovely Tour de France of the best, at moderate prices. At lunchtime, you can enjoy a quick bite to eat, in the same convivial atmosphere. In the evening, it's a completely different story. The €64 set menu is... set, and it's best to go for the greens to properly appreciate the cucumber infused with coriander and vinegared rice, or the strawberry-rhubarb dessert with beet ice cream. Fortunately, other dishes such as swordfish with gnocchi and shallot confit, or this magnificent farmhouse roast veal will reconcile meat lovers, and the rest of the planet. Mathieu Roche and Camille Froment are sufficiently sensitive and observant to shake up the lines of this unique menu, adapting the offer in variety. Interesting cellar, good choice of wines by the glass.
