Young, modern and proudly Southern, Mathieu Roche and Camille Fromont's table brings together all the neighborhood's aesthetes, lovers of the beautiful and the good, who appreciate the intelligence and delicacy of the compositions. Whether it's the €35 lunch menu or the large evening menu, the experience lives up to expectations, with thoughtful and inspiring plates, such as a carpaccio of Mediterranean yellowtail, n'duja, pomegranate and lemon gel, a sea bream, jerusalem artichoke, vanilla, multicolored carrot and Piedmont hazelnut, duck raviole, Asian broth, fennel, spinach, lemon sabayon, chili oil and peanut, a dessert of chocolate ganache, mandarin/lemon sorbet, buckwheat shortbread and white coffee cream.
