This contemporary Lebanese restaurant pays homage to the Levant, with its uncluttered dining room and small bistro-style tables, where the chef delivers traditional-inspired compositions with a twist. The plates are all mouth-watering: hummus, of course, octopus cooked twice, veal breast stuffed with herbs and chard, guinea fowl marinated in spices and sage, small spelt, turnip and leek. Also a catering business.
