Original Restaurant With a new kitchen, ongoing refurbishment and dynamic service, this must-visit brasserie in Aix has everything it takes to seduce, with a catalog that skilfully blends classics and fashions, sole meunière and tuna tataki, big salads, poke bowls and burgers, but also grilled meats, lobster linguine and the unmissable eggplant à la bonifacienne, not forgetting wood-fired pizzas. Desserts as expected, pavlova, baba, lemon meringue pie... Choice of local wines, all available by the glass.
