Chef's Restaurant One of last year's great discoveries, present in the 109 of the new generation. Geoffrey Langagne (Gagnaire in London, Banctel at La Réserve) confirms, in bistro plus mode, all his potential in this beautifully arranged and soothing setting, at lunchtime on a tightly-priced menu, and above all at dinner with his very interesting seasonal menu, with varied influences, Italian, Asian, Latin : octopus and braised cod agnolotti with smoked onion cream and pecorino mousse, beef chuck with satay and pointed cabbage, potato and nduja sauce, chocolate and ancho pepper cream, salted peanut and praline ice cream. An inquisitive cellar, willingly natural and initiatory.
