The journey offered by Indra Carrillo is never banal. Behind a discreet façade, the intimate, hushed dining room, elegantly decorated, offers a refined setting. Precise, attentive service accompanies each stage of the meal with precision. From amuse-bouche to dessert, each dish showcases quality products: tagliolini in two ways, butter infused with anchovy and pecorino, declension of lamb, eggplant caviar, seaweed-crusted eggplant, salad of confit leg, radicchio and red quinoa, a pleasant dish where you sometimes lose track of the central product. The menu and drinks reflect the chef's personality and his travels.
